WHAT IS A CORE CHARGE?
This Porsche Cayenne Drive Shaft carries a $150 core charge. The core charge is the amount will be added to your order invoice as a deposit and is fully refunded with the return of the defective, used unit from your vehicle. No core charge will be accessed when original defective, used drive shaft units is sent in ahead of time.
HOW DO I RETURN A CORE?
*DRIVE SHAFTS CANNOT BE DISASSEMBLED AT ANY TIME. EVEN IF A DISASSEMBLED DRIVE SHAFT IS REASSEMBLED THE CORE VALUE WILL BE VOIDED AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR CORE REFUND
A Core deposit is required on rebuilt parts to encourage you to return your original old part so that it can be rebuilt. Core deposits on some parts are very high because they are irreplaceable - if these cores are not returned, there may no longer be any available for rebuild in the future. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cores returned for credit must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, and it must be exactly the same part as the one you received, complete and assembled, empty of fluids and reasonably clean. All cores must be free of any physical or accident damage, modifications or any other damage outside of normal wear-and-tear that may deem the core non-rebuilable. CAN I SEND MY DRIVE SHAFT IN TO AVOID THE CORE CHARGE?
Yes you may. By sending us your Cayenne's Drive Shaft first you can avoid the $150 core charge.
HOW WILL MY CORE CHARGE BE REFUNDED TO ME?
If you pay by credit card we will refund the same card that you paid the Drive Shaft with. If you paid via Paypal, we will Paypal you the refund.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SEND BACK THE DRIVE SHAFT CORE TO EPS?
You can use the same box and paper packaging that we sent you the Drive Shaft in.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?
You will receive a notification, including a copy of your invoice, via email to the address that you provided at checkout. In some cases, these notifications are delivered to your spam folder. It should take no longer than five minutes to receive your receipt.
HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
When shipping standard ground services, in most cases your order is shipped within 48 hours, not including weekends. The majority of time we ship much sooner. Should we foresee a lengthy delay in shipping, you will be notified via email or phone. Orders that are shipped using UPS Overnight, 2nd Day and 3 day services will take priority and ship the same day, providing that your order is made before 1:00 PM Eastern time and all items are in stock.
HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE MY ORDER?
Transit times vary based on your geographical location and shipping method chosen. Orders are shipped from our Miami, FL warehouse. Typical ground transit times are as follows:

- Central 3-5 days
- West Coast 4-6days

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When shipping with UPS, you will receive and email from "UPS Quantum View" with your shipment date and tracking information. At the current time our system is not automated as such to deliver tracking information when shipping via US Mail. We are working to have this feature in place in the coming months.
